摘要：

文章重视体质在疾病发生发展过程中的重要地位,阐述了体质形成的原因,揭示了三阴三阳体质分类及其重要临床意义。还重视辨病在临床诊疗中的重要地位,提出了糖尿病"内热伤阴耗气"基本病机。并重视辨方证,认为辨方证是中医辨证的最佳途径之一,辨方证应与辨体质与辨病机相结合。基于此提出的辨体质、辨病、辨证"三位一体"诊疗模式,用于糖尿病及其并发症的临床,经实践证明,非常切合实用。
