从元气角度论消渴病的病机与证治原则

摘要：

现代中医学认为,"阴虚燥热"是消渴病的基本病机。文章根据传统中医经典,结合临床实践,从元气的角度对阴虚燥热、阴阳等概念进行了重新解读和辨析,提出"元气虚衰"才是消渴病及其并发症发生发展的根本病机,治疗的关键应从扶助元气入手。用附子理中汤、四逆汤之类。

The modern TCM believes that Yin defi ciency and dryness-heat is the basic pathogenesis of wasting thirst.The concepts of Yin defi ciency and dryness-heat and yin-yang were re-interpreted and re-analyzed according to the TCM classics combining with the clinical practice in this article.Based on above analysis we can draw a conclusion that the basic pathogenesis of wasting thirst and its complications was vigor defi ciency and the key treatment was to reinforce the vigor.
